Small class sizes and a broad liberal arts curriculum enhance your experience, allowing you to take elective courses focused on French culture and history. Language courses are offered at a range of fluency levels and for a range of credits. The Institut Catholique de Paris - Institut de Langue et de Culture Française faculty specializes in teaching French to non-native speakers, and you'll attend class with other international students who wish to improve their French proficiency.

The Institut Catholique de Paris, a private university founded in 1875, is located in the 6th arrondissement within walking distance of the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Montparnasse. CEA students enroll in courses with other international students at the Institut de Langue et de Culture Françaises (ILCF), the Institut Catholique’s center for French Language and Culture. Students will receive a transcript from the Institut Catholique de Paris upon completion of their program.
