Required Forms and OCP Handbook

Submit a Student Interest Form to provide information about your OCP interest.

The Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation Form will be used to evaluate the courses that you will take at your off-campus program.
  • Identify the courses you plan to take during this program, using the program's website to find course listings and syllabi.  Identify the prefix, number, name, and credit hours.
  • List the courses you would like to take on the Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation Form.
  • Bring the form to your Academic Adviser, to consult about how the off-campus program courses will fit into your graduation plan. Your adviser will sign your Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation Form.
  • Bring the form to your Albion College department chair, to consult about how off-campus program courses will fit into your major. Your department chair will sign your Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation Form. If you have multiple majors or concentrations, list all department chairs and have each of them sign your Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation form.  Note: normally courses taken off-campus do not count for Mode or Category requirements. Written approval from the chair of the department or committee in question must be obtained through the petition process if you want a course to count for a Mode or Category.
  • Once you have acquired signatures, upload the Off-Campus Course and Credit Evaluation form into your Brits Abroad portal.
